2023

Linda is currently studying an MA in Arts & Cultural Management at Sheffield Hallam University where she is researching the wider craft economy.

2020

The highlight of 2020 for Linda was her large scale installation 'Ghosts in the Graveyard' which was situated in the yuccary, amidst the national yucca collection, at Renishaw Hall. She won the Zealous Craft Stories prize for this installation.

'Ghosts in the Graveyard' refers to a common name given to the plants that grow wild in Mexico, often in graveyards. The yucca plants are incredibly resilient, thrive in extreme conditions and regenerate really well after forest fires. They are a symbol of hope amidst the terrible devastation caused by global warming.
